Enhancing Surgical Performance in Robotic Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer Patients

Optimizing surgical performance in robotic gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients led to improved short-term outcomes. The study established a learning curve for robotic gastrectomy and evaluated its impact by analyzing data from 527 patients. With phase advancement, postoperative complication rates decreased, more lymph nodes were retrieved, and textbook outcome attainment improved. These findings support the safe dissemination of robotic gastrectomy in the minimally invasive era.
