Adjuvant chemoradiotherapy post-multiagent neoadjuvant chemotherapy in pancreatic cancer patients enhances survival, especially for those with lvi+ or grade iii tumors. While initial unadjusted analysis showed shorter median survival with chemoradiotherapy, adjusted results indicated a 25% risk reduction in mortality. Notably, patients with grade iii or lvi+ tumors reaped the most benefit from this combined adjuvant treatment.
