Augmented reality navigation combined with indocyanine green fluorescence imaging significantly improves safety and precision in laparoscopic left hemihepatectomy for hepatolithiasis. The new method successfully aided in guiding hilar vessel dissection and identifying liver resection boundaries, with no major complications reported. This combined approach offers enhanced surgical accuracy and may be particularly beneficial when fluorescence imaging alone is insufficient.
