High Response Rate and Survival in Unresectable Hepatocarcinoma Treatment

Targeted therapy plus immunotherapy combined with hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (FOLFOX) showed a 60.4% objective response rate and 83.0% one-year overall survival in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. The regimen demonstrated a 34.0% surgical conversion rate, with manageable adverse events. These findings suggest a promising curative approach for unresectable HCC patients, highlighting the efficacy and safety of the combined treatment strategy.
