Advanced intraoperative hemodynamic monitoring combined with a clinical decision-making algorithm improved hemodynamic parameters during pancreatectomy, showing a 33.3% reduction in intraoperative hypotension, 31.6% increase in cardiac index, and 37.6% increase in stroke volume variation. Further investigation in larger studies is warranted to validate these findings.
