Long-Term Analysis of Robotic Hepatectomies

First U.S. study on 530 robotic hepatectomies spanning a decade reveals favorable outcomes, including high R0 resection rate, low complication rates, and promising oncological survival rates for various hepatic malignancies. The robotic approach proves safe and effective for liver resections, with a significant number of major procedures performed successfully. Overall, the results highlight the utility and benefits of robotic surgery in hepatobiliary centers.
