Identification of potential mRNA vaccine targets in pancreatic cancer patients using immune- and oxidative stress-related genes. A model incorporating ERAP2, MET, CXCL9, and AGT genes predicts patient prognosis more accurately than current models. ERAP2 aids immune activation and cancer immune evasion, MET regulates cancer cell proliferation and invasion, CXCL9 expression is linked to poor prognosis in pancreatic cancer, and AGT cleavage impacts patient survival. These genes could serve as promising targets for mRNA vaccine development in pancreatic cancer, warranting further investigation.
