The study developed a prognostic nomogram for gastric cancer patients post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radical surgery, revealing promising results. The median progression-free survival was 43.8 months, and overall survival reached 61.2 months. The nomogram demonstrated excellent discrimination with a c-index of 0.689 and area under the curve (AUC) values of 0.778, 0.746, and 0.725 for 3-, 5-, and 10-year overall survival, respectively. It outperformed traditional TNM and Japanese criteria, proving useful for clinical prognosis.
