CT-guided core needle biopsy (CNB) demonstrates high diagnostic yield and safety in pancreatic tumor evaluation. In a study of 43 biopsies across 42 patients, histological diagnosis was achieved in 93% of cases. CNB exhibited a sensitivity of 93%, specificity of 100%, and overall accuracy of 93%. No major complications arose during the procedures, with most tumors located in the head or body of the pancreas. Additionally, the likelihood of molecular testing increased over time.
