Accuracy of 3D-Printed Anatomical Models for Perianal Fistulas Assessment

3D-printed anatomical models accurately reflect MRI findings of perianal fistulas, showing almost perfect agreement for classification, substantial agreement for complexity and location, and moderate agreement for sphincter involvement. Further research is needed to assess the clinical utility of these models in preoperative planning and education. The study demonstrates the potential of 3D-printed models to enhance understanding of perianal pathology and aid surgical decision-making.
