MRI-based Radiomics Features Predict TN Staging of Rectal Cancer

MRI-based radiomics features, combined with tumor markers, effectively predict TN staging in rectal cancer patients. Radiomics score, aided by key radiomics features, is an independent predictor of T staging and N staging. When combined with traditional tumor markers, such as CEA and CA19.9, the model shows high accuracy in differentiating between early and locally advanced rectal cancers. The predictive models demonstrate good precision and clinical benefits, offering a promising tool for TN staging in rectal cancer.
