High prevalence of work-life conflicts among surgical residents associated with poor well-being

Work-life conflicts are common among surgical residents, with a significant proportion reporting various challenges in personal life management. However, well-designed program-level interventions could effectively support work-life integration in surgical residency, emphasizing the importance of addressing these conflicts for resident well-being.
